Slurry Pump

WRIKU's  centrifugal  pumps are used in such industries as mining, Chemical, power plant, chemical,oil, pulp&Paper, water&wast water and metals&fertilizer with cantilever impellers, handling different slurries and heads, with a variety of pump types  and wet ends  materials; where our Mining pumps are classfied in JA,JL,JF,JV and JH, others into AZ,FDG,IJ,IFK,etc.

Laboratory Metalurgical

WRIKU Co Provides a full range solution and service on ferric and no-ferric metal analysis in laboratory study, range from laboratory jaw crusher , hammer mill, roller mill, grinding mill, flotation cell, screening machine, shaking table, magnetic separator, sampling machine, and full batch centrifuge concentrator, providing full laboratory design.

Drilling Rigs

WRIKU'S Geo-Exporation Drilling Rig is type of  half shallow hole core drilling rig of small size and light weight , suitable for use with drill bits that made of materials such as diamonds and alloys for core drilling in geological prospecting, hydrology, drilling for water well and large diameter drilling projects in mountainous areas,  with  drilling depth  into 100-3500m undergdound prospecting and core drilling

Tromel Screen

WRIKU's  Trommels designing for clients based on their requirement to suit their metallurgical conditions. Trommels and conical trommels are for mill discharge classification, removing coarse solids and scats, improving cyclone efficiency and pump life.Reverse spiral trommels are installed at grate mills and AG mills, controlling feed size to the regrinding circuit. Double-deck Character and Size Classifying Trommels both remove scats and control feed size to the regrinding circuit, as well as return the middlings to regrinder trommels.An elastomer trommel consists of metal frame and rubber panels.

Hose&pipe

WRIKU's Hose&Pipe are classfied into Rubber Lined Steel Piple Rubber Hose Pipe , DHPE Pipe and other construction pipe. The Rubber-lined steel pipe makes use of ordinary steel pipe as its skeleton while abrasion, corrosion and heat resistance imported rubber is used as its internal liner, both of which are combined with high performance adhesives through special technology. With combined advantages of both steel and rubber materials, this composite pipe becomes a prior selection in transport piping in modern mining operation. Rubber Hose are featured with abrasion and corrosion resistance and againg.

Spare Parts

WRIKU's supply on Spare parts are  catalouged into Pumps, Mill Liners, Screen Panels, Floation Rotator and Hydrocyclone  Liner and trommel. High Lighten Mill spare Covers Composite liners,  Elastomer trommels on ball mills, SAG mills and AG mills,Abrasion resistant, service life is 1.5 folds of that of metal liner. Low noise, lower by 8~10db than metal one Light in weight, easy assembly and disassembly (installation time is 1/3 of that for metal liners). High pricing/performace ratio. NZ Series Slurry Pumps Spares are equivilent to Warman Brand with  fantastic performance on Metal and Rubber material but 20% low in cost
