Composite Linner for SAG Mill

Composite liners are a new product developed by WRIKU@TOMINE to address cracks on alloy liners in SAG mills and leaks due to insufficient torque of liner bolts, as well as overgrinding of ore, resulting in an improved liner service life and mill working efficiency. The configuations are such as metal lifters + rubber liners, metal lifters + rubber composite liners, and composite lifters + rubber composite liners, so as to cope with different operating conditons.

WRIKU's  with R&D and tests conducted in the past many years, has succesfully put into operation its rubber liners, composite liners, and elastomer trommels on ball mills, SAG mills and AG mills, withr technical breakthrough achieved as well.TOMINE  has stratigic cooperation relationship and partnership with CITIC Heavy Industries and some other large scale enterprises in China.
