1. Characteristic  

 

1.1. The rubber hose has good flexibility, light weight and easy installation

The rubber hose has good flexibility, which can eliminate the measurement and manufacturing error of the pipeline in a certain range, and can absorb the vibration of the equipment at the same time, providing a very reliable guarantee for the conveying system. The weight is about 1/6 of the weight of carbon steel and stainless steel, which can be flexibly bent in complex working conditions and is convenient for layout and installation.

 

1.2. High wear resistance and impact resistance of rubber hose

Rubber pipe wear-resistant layer rubber is made of high wear-resistant formula rubber layer, long wear resistance life; The rubber hose is composed of steel wire, rubber, cloth and other materials, which has strong impact resistance and shock absorption ability.

 

1.3. The pipe fittings adopt separate structure of hose and joint. The hose can be cut on site according to the installation needs. It can be installed and used directly as long as the goods are ready on site and the supply cycle is not required. The joint does not participate in wear and can be reused;
