Structural Characteristics of the Mill Rubber Liner: The service life of the WRIKU's Rubber liner of the mill largely depends on its structure type, among which the height B of the lifting bar, the distance A between the two lifting bars and the shape of the lifting bar play a major role in the performance. Figure (1) shows the cross-section of the rubber liner of a commonly used ball mill. A reasonably designed lifting bar height not only improves mill's grinding efficiency , but also prolongs mill rubber liner service life . Comparison Rubber Liner and Metal Liner 1.Ore Hardness: The relationship between the wear speed of Mill rubber and metal liner and the ore hardness is shown in Figure (Right). Compared with the metal lining, the 2.Rubber liner is harder than the metal made. The rubber lining is more wear-resistant than that of Metal ones, so the rubber lining is more suitable for the application where the ore bears higher hardness in the ball mill. 2. Ore Feeding particle size and shape: Ore feeding size below should be better less than 12mm; 3. A. When the feeding particle size P95>3mm, the feeding end, discharging end and the grating plate are more suitable for rubber liner; when the feeding particle size is P95<3mm, the feeding , discharging end and cylinder including grating board is suitable for using rubber liner , and the rubber liner would not affect mill grinding efficiency. Generally, the rubber liner is used in an ordinary ball mill. When the feeding particle size is about 12mm, the end liner , the and outlet are suitable for the rubber liner of the mill. Φ8500mm×Φ4000mm SAG MILL Φ5030mm×Φ8530mm Ball Mill Practices have proved that WRIKU's lattice type Rubber liner has high processing capacity, long service life and low noise, and solves the problem of lattice hole blocking of ore; B. The rubber liner is applied to the flow parts in the semi-automatic grinding, which is wear-resistant and has a long life. As shown in the figure, it includes spare parts: semi-self-grinding center plate (groove plate), feeder (hopper). 4. The diameter of the steel ball: generally, the steel ball should be about 80mm for the ball mill with rubber lining. If it is larger than 80mm, a composite liner should have to be used. 5. Pulp temperature: The temperature in the ball mill body with rubber lining should generally be within 70°C. 6. The pH value of the pulp: The PH value of the pulp mill using rubber lining can be between 214. |
