The belt scale quantitative loading system is a new generation of quantitative loading system through comprehensively utilizing the belt scale weighing and computer technology.
It adopts the combination of WRIKU-ICS dynamic weighing + PLC control technology + intelligent software of loading control system. Loading control can automatically control and manage the bulk loading process in real time, monitors operation of the belt scale loading system, provide users with low-cost, high-precision fast loading applications.

Quantitive Loading System
1. Data acquisition and processing
Collect and process the data on the loading site in real time, control the lower computer, collect its data, process and save it in real time.
2. Screen display
Screen display is divided into data display screen, process flow chart screen, equipment status display screen, trend curve record display screen, alarm information summary display screen and other auxiliary display screens, etc. The screen display is intuitive, bright in color, easy to operate, and the main part adopts dynamic display .
3. Operation protection
In order to prevent unauthorized personnel from operating the system, the system has alarm prompts for wrong operations, and at the same time, password protection functions are provided for important operations to ensure the system.
4. Permission assignment
The system has permission settings, and each operator can only operate within the scope of his own permission.
