ZKK linear vibrating screen is a kind of product developed in combination of China's raw materials, technology and other actual conditions , its overall structure is very advanced with high reliability.
Specific features are as follows:
1. Vibrator
ZKK type linear vibrating screen uses AZ type vibrator , it adopts eccentric block external box-type structure. AZ type exciter is a kind of exciter with high quality, high reliability and directional exciting force. Its bearing is under uniform stress, running smoothly,which is characterized by high efficiency, low maintenance cost and low noise.This vibrator overcomes the shortcoming of high temperature inside the box and short life of bearing and gear in the past.
2, the screen box
The screen box is composed of a vibrator mounting beam, a lower beam of the screen surface and a side plate through HUCK bolts cold riveting, so that the connecting parts will never loosen which have higher reliability. The overall rigidity of the screen box is greater than that of the pipe beam.
There is no weld on the side plate, which will not produce stress concentration, deformation and cracking of the side plate caused by heating. The side plate shall be sandblasted to enhance the strength and anti-corrosion ability of the side plate as well as the adhesion of the paint. The side plate is strengthened with high quality section steel, which increases the strength of the side plate several times and improves the service life of the screen box.
The vibration exciter is installed with a double I-beam structure with higher flexural and torsional strength and stiffness and lighter weight. It is professionally designed to withstand all the vibration force generated by the vibrator, and to minimize the internal stress of the vibrator girder with more professional welding technology and heat treatment technology, so that the vibrator girder will never break.
The lower beam, after bending with 20g steel, is welded and formed with professional welding technology and automatic welding technology, and the vibration aging process is adopted to remove stress and improve the service life of the beam. In the design process, sufficient safety factor is fully reserved to adapt to unpredictable harsh environment.
3. Selection of materials
The installation beam of the vibrator, the bottom beam of the screen and the side plate are all 20G.
4. Surface treatment and painting method
The surface of the equipment is sandblasted to remove the surface oxide and then sprayed with primer and surface paint to enhance the anti-corrosion ability of the equipment surface.
