Several Analyses Affecting the Screening Efficiency
1. At the beginning of the debugging stage, because each device has not been debugged to its standard working state, it will appear:
A. Low pulp concentration;
B. Large feeding quantity;
C. There is a big difference between particle size composition and design parameters, and more particles are produced;
The above three points will greatly reduce the screening efficiency, increase the load of the beneficiation process circulation loop and reduce the output whether they appear alone or in combination during the commissioning stage. The solution is to adjust the design parameters of each equipment before screening in the eight-selection process.
2. When there are too many material particles close to the size of the screen hole, when the screen surface cannot self-clean the material blocking the screen hole during the vibration process, more serious hole blocking phenomenon will occur with the increase of time, which will greatly reduce the screening efficiency, increase the load of the mineral processing cycle loop, and reduce the output. The solution is to adjust the material size composition or screen hole size to reduce the material content close to the screen hole size as far as possible.
3. the nature of the material itself is adsorptive, easy to block holes, difficult to screen, resulting in the reduction of screening efficiency.
