Structure Feature Structural Characteristics of the WRIKU's MA Series Coal Chemical pump: (1) The material of the flow parts such as the impeller and the pump body should be corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant; (2) Adopt single-end face, built-in balanced mechanical seal, design pressure 12MPa, design temperature 350℃, adopt API682 standard plan32 flushing plan, seal cooling water pressure (8.3~8.5) MPa; (3) The pump body adopts central support, and the bearing box, pump cavity and support are designed with water-cooled cavity. The optimized design of hydraulic and structural design makes the axial force generated by the high suction pressure of the pump inlet basically balanced;(4) The bearings are specially arranged to withstand residual axial force. |
