Fine Material Batching System
This system is an intelligent automatic high-precision material (granular, powder, flake) metering and batching system independently developed by our company for rubber, plastic, food, feed, pharmaceutical and other industries. It is suitable for powders and granules below 5kg. High-precision measurement of flake raw material formula (200L large-capacity feeding mixing barrel). The system adopts electromagnetic vibration, double (single) screw feeding and other feeding methods and continuous stepless speed regulation intelligent control device. Multiple electronic scales are individually set and driven separately. According to the different needs of users, the weighing and batching of materials can be realized. The automatic control and management of the process ensures uniform and stable batching accuracy.
