MT Wear-resisting Passage Pump

WRIKU’s MT series wear-resisting passage pump is a new series pump developed based on wear and corrosion resisting pumps, and conforms to ISO5199, API610 10th standards.Adopting vortex impeller,this pump has the following characteristics: reasonable structure, reliable and stable operation, high performance,good anti-cavitation,high load capacity and long service life etc.

There is enough gap between the impeller and pump casing, solids can be discharged without any hindrance or blocking, fundamentally solving the common defects of wearing on the impeller and pump casing, clogging the impeller, resulting in pump cavitation, etc, the most important is not to damage the media, such as some food in the food industry can be transferred without damage,and liquid containing long fiber will not intertwine.This pump is suitable for conveying solid-liquid mixed liquid containing solid substance with various shapes and liquid containing suspended solid and fibroid substance .It is widely applied in the industries of industrial and mining drainage and paper-making, salt-making, pharmacy, and sewage disposal in the industries of chemical ,textile,food and feeding garden, etc.

  Pump Structure

WRIKU's MT series  pump is a centrifugal pump of horizontal, axial end suction and redial discharge design. The pump casing is directly fixed on the base plate,the pump cover is fixed on the frame,and is clamped tightly by pump casing and frame. When maintenance,disassemble the connecting nut between the frame and the pump casing, the pump's driving part can be pulled out of pump casing without disassembling the pipeline of suction and discharge.The impeller is fixed on the shaft by impeller nut, and is locked tightly by the anti-rotating bol, effectively preventing the impeller's dropping oft. The impeller and casing adopt vortex structure, there is no ft clearance between impeller and pump casing when the medium enters the casing,with the rotation of the impeller, the medium will manifest as vortex in the casing,and most of the suspended solid grains and suspended fibroid substance are directly thrown out through the pump outlet but not through the impeller,which decreases the wear of the impeller and casing, and Greatly extends the service life of the pump.
