Decription of XY-100 Core Drill Rig
WRIKU@CQGE XY-1000 type core drill is a new product developed and designed WRIKU@CGGE on the basis of the current domestic kilometer drill series. It is suitable for diamond and alloy core drilling of large and small caliber, as well as for engineering geological exploration, hydrology, water well, large caliber engineering construction hole drilling. Features
1. The drill has many (up to 8 gears) speed series and reasonable speed range. When the speed of the power machine is 1500r/min, the maximum speed of the drill is 1030r /min and the minimum speed is 87r /min, and the low speed torque is large. It is not only suitable for drilling with alloy and diamond core, but also suitable for engineering geological survey, hydrological well drilling and foundation pile construction.
2. The rig has a two-way reverse speed (72 r/min, 220 r/min) for easy handling of in-hole accidents.
3. The installed power of the drill is large (electric motor is 37KW, diesel engine is 42KW), and the drilling capacity is large. The rated drilling depth of the coring drill pipe with a diameter of 71mm can reach 1000m.
4. The vertical shaft of the drilling rig has large diameter (up to 96 mm in diameter), double cylinder hydraulic feed, long stroke, and strong adaptability to drilling technology. It is especially suitable for coring drilling with large diameter drill pipe, which is conducive to improving drilling efficiency and reducing accidents in the hole.
5. The normally closed hydraulic upper chuck of drilling rig has the advantages of reasonable design, large clamping force, stable clamping and high reliability.
