Such as coal preparation process with dense medium, hydraulic slag removal system in power station, slag removal in blast furnace, mine, chemical, metallurgy, salt slurry,etc. One issue is that while compared with H Series Heavy duty Slurry Pump, J series Slurry pump can only be manufactured with Full metal wet end rather than Rubber wet ends parts

●The pump casing of J series heavy-duty slurry pump adopts dual-layer pump shell structure(its parts include front shell, back pump shell font guard bord, back guard plate and volute).
●The pump's outlet position can be installed by rotation in eight angles with 45*interval.
●The front and back pump shells are separated vertical-yin the middle of both and connected with bols; The back pump shell located with slop-cut and bracket and connected with bolts.
●The covers of impeller front and back pump are equipped with back blades to deceased leakage and heighten efficiency, service life and balancing dial force.
●The back bearing adopts the back to back installation with two thrust ball bearings with angle contact to effectively prevent pump's axial vibration.
